In March this year we launched the Bacchus Supper Club in London – an opportunity for us to bring our favourite dishes and wines from the Continent to you. Five courses paired with a selection of fine wines, set in the home of our founder, Gareth Davies.
Our in-house chef and hispanophile, Edmund Kendall, knows a thing or two about Mediterranean cooking and wine. From egg yolk ravioli to seafood paella and tenderloin pork in a Pedro Ximenez jus, our Supper Clubs have been selling out faster than you can pop a bottle of Catalan cava.
